Coordinated Comfort & Counseling

The goal of palliative care from Jewish Home Hospice is to provide pain management and symptom control care wherever the patient calls home. Patients use Hospice services to live with dignity, even while battling life-limiting diseases. Our specially trained doctors and nurses make up a team that will work with the patient and their family to find emotional and spiritual peace. These teams, which often include a patient’s Primary Care Physician, will create a comprehensive approach to end of life care that includes the in-home setup of equipment and the compassionate use of medication to alleviate pain.
